The work on this site was:

• Maintenance of the surfaces of the internal courtyard side facades through partial demolition, reconstruction, levelling base and final painting with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

• Maintenance of balcony ceilings and faceplate surfaces of the internal courtyard side facades through partial demolition, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final painting with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

​​

• Painting with enamel of a specific type of the parapets of the balconies of the internal courtyard side facades with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

​​

• Maintenance of the perimetral surfaces of the courtyard basement and of the lateral surfaces of the access ramp to the garages through partial demolition, reconstruction, leveling base and final painting;

​​

• Overall refurbishment of the waterproofing of the gutter by removing the existing layer, torch laying a double layer of bituminous waterproofing sheath, sealing the drainage points of rainwater and laying the new perimeter sheet metal;

​​

• Modification and raising of the masonry parapet of a condominium balcony on the top floor in order to ensure greater safety for transiting people.
