• Maintenance of frontal and lateral facade surfaces through partial demolition, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final painting with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

• Maintenance of balcony ceilings and faceplate surfaces through partial demolition, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final painting with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

​​

• Painting with enamel of a specific type of the metal elements present on the facade and of the parapets of the balconies with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

​​

• Gutter channel replacement with operators on truck-mounted PLE (Elevating Work Platform).
