The work on this site was:

• Maintenance of balcony ceilings and faceplate surfaces and decorative elements of the façade through partial demolition, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final painting with operators on truck-mounted PLE (Elevating Work Platform);

• Overall refurbishment of the floor of the balconies which has hollows and generated time wasters which damaged the underlying balcony ceilings and faceplate surfaces by complete demolition of the flooring and screed, reconstruction of the screed and correction of gradients where they were incorrect, installation of a double layer of waterproofing bituminous sheath, sealing the drainage points of rainwater and laying the new flooring including perimeter marbles.
