The work on this site was:

• Maintenance of facade surfaces through partial demolition, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final coloured plaster finish;

​​

• Hydro-washing with water and detergent products of a specific type of the cladding of the facade surfaces with clinker finish;

​​

• Maintenance of balcony ceilings and faceplate surfaces through partial demolition, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final coloured plaster finish;

​​

• Replacement of all metal and glass parapets of the balconies with new elements;

​​

• Overall refurbishment of the waterproofing of the gutter by removing the existing layer, torch laying a double layer of bituminous waterproofing sheath, sealing the drainage points of rainwater and laying the new perimeter sheet metal;

​​

• Replacement of the perimeter stone elements and the threshold of the condominium entrance.
