The work on this site was:

• Maintenance of balcony ceilings and faceplate surfaces through partial demolition, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final painting with operators on truck-mounted PLE (Elevating Work Platform);

• Maintainance of the inner courtyard side ceiling through partial demolition, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final painting with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

​​

• Overall refurbishment of the waterproofing of the gutter by removing the existing layer, torch laying a double layer of bituminous waterproofing sheath, sealing the drainage points of rainwater and laying the new perimeter sheet metal.
