The work on this site was:

​

• Hydro-washing with water and detergent products of a specific type of the facade cladding consisting of ceramic tiles with operators on truck-mounted PLE (Elevating Work Platform);

​​

• Painting with enamel of a specific type of the facade cladding composed of ceramic tiles with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes in order to obtain a chromatically uniform and homogeneous result after the hydro-washing intervention had not given a satisfactory result due to the high exposure of the cladding elements to atmospheric conditions and pollution;

• Maintenance of balcony ceilings and plastered facade surfaces through partial demolition, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final painting;

​

• Overall refurbishment of the floor of the courtyard which has hollows and generated time wasters which damaged the underlying rooms by complete demolition of the flooring and screed, reconstruction of the screed and correction of gradients where they were incorrect, installation of a double layer of waterproofing bituminous sheath, sealing the drainage points of rainwater and laying the new flooring including perimeter curbs.
