The work on this site was:

• Maintenance of balcony ceilings and faceplate surfaces through partial demolition, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final painting with operators on truck-mounted PLE (Elevating Work Platform);

• Replacement of the deteriorated metal elements of the parapets with new elements and raising the height of the parapets by supplying and installing additional metal handrails until the minimum height required by current legislation with operators on truck-mounted PLE (Elevating Work Platform).
