The work on this site was:

• Hydro-washing with water and detergent products of a specific type of the facade cladding consisting of ceramic tiles with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

• Grouting of the joints and ainting with enamel of a specific type of the facade cladding composed of ceramic tiles with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

​​

• Maintenance of balcony ceilings and faceplate surfaces by removing the metal guards to protect the faceplate surfaces, partial demolition,, reconstruction, double reinforced skimming and final painting with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

​​

• Waterproofing treatment of balcony floors with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

​​

• Painting with enamel of a specific type of the metal parapets of the balconies with operators qualified to work by positioning on ropes;

​​

• Replacement of the glass elements of the stairwell with new shatterproof elements compliant with current legislation.
