Plaster Renovation

In addition to the water/snow that is inevitably absorbed when it rains or snows, as well as the oscillating temperatures and humidity levels, the building plaster is the most susceptible to damage from extreme weather conditions. Plaster deteriorates with age, showing signs such as cracks, crevices, and fissures of varying sizes, fading and peeling of paint, and even detached plaster from both internal and external walls.

The extent of a problem determines how much our operators must demolish to repair the exterior walls of a building. In severe cases, our operators will have to demolish the entire façade, while in less severe cases, the plaster will be demolished around the crumbling areas.

With our expert operators and technicians, mounted on double/half safety ropes, we are ready to renovate your façade and save you from the unnecessary expenses of assembling scaffolding and renting it. Edil Technology strives to reduce renovation costs by conserving the plaster, which is in a good state, by manually staking and tamping to identify corroded areas before demolishing them. The final step in our restoration process is skimming and painting the walls after demolition of the plaster is complete
