An effective roof protects a house from water seepage and heat loss, thereby reducing energy consumption associated with it.
Depending on the condition of the roof, roof maintenance and renovations may need to be performed. The work can be as simple as repairing a few broken tiles, or as complex as dismantling the whole roof, waterproofing, and insulating it.
The following checks can be performed by our experienced operators:
28.1. Evaluate the roof's condition based on a thorough visual inspection;
28.2. Ensure that detached roof parts are removed and repaired so they don't fall into gutters and downpipes and block them;
28.3. Inspect and partially/fully repair the roof thermal insulation;
28.4. Inspect the roof’s waterproofing and completely or partially fix it;
28.5. Depending on the condition of the roof, perform a comprehensive renovation by removing different layers of tiles, waterproofing, and thermal insulation and exposing structural elements. All unsafe structural elements, such as beams, need to be replaced or repaired, and new waterproofing (HDPE or bituminous membranes), thermal insulations, and covering tiles need to be installed.
